For takeaway shops
The phone rings mid-rush. Tilly takes the order.
Tilly is an AI that answers the calls your shop can't get to. She knows your menu and your prices, takes the whole order — salads, sauces and all — and rings it through to the iPad on your counter.
$150 a month plus $1.25 an order, after a $500 setup. No lock-in.

- Harbour Kebabs, this is Tilly. Can I grab your name?
- It's Sam. Chicken kebab, no onion, extra garlic.
- Lettuce and tomato on that? Any cheese?
- Yeah, cheese too. And large chips.
- Chicken kebab, lettuce, tomato and cheese, no onion, extra garlic, and large chips. That's $26. Ready in 20 minutes, order 47.
Friday, 6:15pm.
Three on the grill, a queue to the door, and the phone ringing. Nobody can get to it.
It rings out.
They don't leave a message. They ring the next shop on Google.
That's an order a call.
Every missed call in a rush is dinner for a family, gone somewhere else.
She only picks up the calls you'd have missed.
- 01
Your phone rings first
Nothing changes when you're free to answer. When the line's busy or nobody picks up, your phone company forwards the call to Tilly — a two-minute setting we sort out with you.
- 02
Tilly takes the order
She gets the caller's name, takes the order the way your counter would, reads it back with the total, and gives them an order number and a ready time.
- 03
It rings on your counter
The order pops up on the iPad at the counter and keeps ringing until someone taps it. Key it into your till when they pay at pickup, like any phone order.
Every order Tilly takes is one you'd have lost. Because she only gets the calls nobody could answer, you can see exactly what she's worth at the end of each month — it's all on your orders page.
She knows your shop.
Your whole menu
Every item and price, and every choice that goes with it — the salads, the sauces, the extras, and what each one costs on which item.
The way you ask
She names your standard salads — “onion, lettuce and tomato?” — which is exactly when people remember they wanted cheese.
Your regulars
When a regular rings and asks for “the usual”, she knows what that is — their last order, at today's prices.
When you're shut
Outside your hours she says when you next open, and she won't take an order you can't make.
Allergies, carefully
She never says what's in the food. She records exactly what the caller said on the order, so the counter sees it before it's made.
When to get a person
Complaints, big orders, or someone who just wants a human: she offers to put them through to your phone.
The counter screen your staff can use without a password.
- Rings until someone taps it. An order never sits there quietly.
- Everything to key it into the till — items, choices, prices, name, number.
- Busy? Change the wait she quotes with one tap. Out of something? Mark it sold out until close.
- Settings stay locked. Menu, hours and billing need the owner's password.
- Nobody watching? After 90 seconds you get a notification on your own phone.
Runs on any iPad or Android tablet, added to the home screen like an app.
- 1× Chicken kebab$18.00
- lettuce, tomato, cheese · NO onion · extra garlic
- 1× Large chips$8.00

Your greeting, your hours, how long orders take, and who she puts through to when someone needs a person.
Every order, every call
What she took, when, and for how much — so you know what she's earning you.

Questions shops ask
Will my customers know it's not a person?
Tilly sounds natural, but she doesn't pretend. If someone asks, she tells them she's an AI assistant for your shop — and if they'd rather talk to a person, she offers to put them through.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Your customers keep ringing the number they already know. Your phone company forwards the calls you can't answer to Tilly; we set it up with you.
What till do I need?
Any. Tilly works alongside whatever you use — orders come up on the counter screen and your staff key them in when the customer pays, same as a phone order today. Sending orders straight into your till is on the way for some systems.
What about allergies?
Tilly never tells a caller what's in the food or that something is safe. If a caller mentions an allergy, she writes down exactly what they said on the order, where your staff see it before it's made. What you can and can't guarantee stays your call.
What if she gets stuck, or something breaks?
If a caller needs something she can't do, she offers to put them through to your phone. If Tilly herself can't answer, the call rings through to your phone instead of going dead.
How long does it take to set up?
About an hour. Send us your menu — a photo is fine — and we load it, set up your number and your hours, get the counter screen onto your tablet, and ring through a test order with you.
Can she take payment over the phone?
Not yet. Customers pay when they pick up, which is how most phone orders work already.
Want to hear her take an order?
Leave your number and we'll ring you in a quiet hour — or drop in, set up a demo on your own menu, and let you ring her yourself.
